Anti-Bullying Week 2019 is happening from Monday 11th – Friday 15th November and has the theme ‘Change Starts With Us’.
The aims of this week are to support and help the children to understand that whether it is verbal, physical, online or in-person bullying has a significant impact on a child’s life in to adulthood and if we work together and make small changes, we can make a big difference and break this cycle to create safe environments for everyone.
Children will be wearing odd socks again this year on Friday 15th November – Odd Socks Day is designed to be fun! It’s an opportunity for children to express themselves and celebrate individuality. All they have to do to take part is wear odd socks to school.
The children will be working on different activities and topics throughout this week to show in assembly. The Rights Respecting Ambassadors (RRA) will be presenting their first ever assembly and sharing a little bit about themselves too.
